Terms and Conditions

  1. The tour is on a first come first serve basis.
  2. Rate is on per persons/pax basis and no child fare.
  3. Payment must be made to confirm your reservation through bank deposit, wire transfer or through Smart Money. Details will be sent to you by email.
    We accept credit cards through Paypal.
  4. Assigned time must be strictly followed at all times to avoid
    inconvenience to other tourists.
  5. Inform us in advance if you have special concerns like dietary
    needs prior to the scheduled departure.
  6. Transportation depends on the number of persons joining the tour – Toyoto Hi-Ace Grandia for 10-30 pax; Deluxe Aircon Buses for 31-50 pax.

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation must be made 7 days before the tour date. Payment shall be
    returned in full.
  2. 50% of the total amount of the tour due will be charged for
    late cancellation.


Reserved Seats

  1. Seats are on a first pay, first serve basis.  Seats reserved upon submission of the reservation form is not yet final.  Please check back the Seat Layout link if your seat is not yet taken when payment is made.
  2. Pahiyasfestival.com reserves the right to transfer your reserved seats to others if payment has not been received soon after your reservation is made.
  3. Email us, text or call us of the new chosen seat if your reserved seat has been changed.


Others

  1. Items in the package that are not availed are non-refundable, not convertible
    to cash or transferable.
  2. Items in the package which can not be availed due to reasons beyond our control
    (force majeure) such as extreme weather condition,natural and man-made
    calamities, traffic delays and the likes will not be refunded.
  3. We can also accommodate group tour for a minimum of 10 pax. Discount will be given.
